This includes bigger fish, waves, and an overall rougher experience. When you are fishing in freshwater your tackle does not usually have to be as heavy duty.
Freshwater fishing tackle is much more readily available than its saltwater counterparts. This is because there are many more people who take up freshwater fishing. It does not have to be expensive to buy everything you need if you know what to get and where to look. A lot of people by their freshwater fishing tackle without doing a lot of research. They may still end up with some good equipment, but they may miss out on something that they really want. Remember, fishing has really taken off over the past couple of years, and there is tons of equipment available.
